The hotel was welcoming to sweaty hikers. Clean showers, comfortable beds, and a hot tub. Automatic detergent dispensers. Early luggage drop-off. Mt. Fuji viewing deck. English translations. Good value breakfast. Quiet, clean, and spacious rooms.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the clean showers provided for hikers coming back from the mountain. the public bath was relaxing and soothing after a long day of hiking. The early luggage drop-off allowed us to explore the town while waiting for our room.

The location was inconvenient as it required a long walk from the station. To make matters worse, we were not given enough pillows, making our stay uncomfortable.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and able to communicate in English, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable.
