This budget-friendly hotel offers a superb onsen experience, with both indoor and outdoor baths on different floors. The snowy view from the baths during winter is simply breathtaking. The hotel's location is convenient, being within walking distance of the bus station and a short distance from Kawaguchiko station. The staff, despite their limited English, try their best to meet guests' needs and are friendly. The traditional rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a complimentary packet of snacks upon arrival and has a supplies shop selling local products.

Some appliances in the hotel, such as vending and arcade machines, were out-of-service.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room rates are affordable, especially considering the stunning views of the lake and mountains. The hotel is conveniently located right by the lake, allowing guests to easily enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing private lifts to nearby attractions like Fuji-Q Highland. Additionally, the traditional Japanese rooms with tatami beds add a unique touch to the stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and we had no complaints.

The hotel's location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of the nearby lake. the shuttle-bus service provided convenient transportation to and from the station. The onsen experience was also noteworthy, as the onsens were of high quality and not crowded.

The decoration and facilities were a bit outdated and in need of an update. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't offer breakfast to guests who had booked a room-only reservation upon arrival.
