During our stay at Hotel La Neige Higashi-Kan, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the exceptional service provided by the staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome and offered tea upon arrival, instantly making us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and we were delighted to find a huge, comfy bed awaiting us.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Hakuba. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski slopes. The common area was cozy and had a beautiful fireplace. The in-house grill restaurant served delicious meals. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large spa bath that offered stunning views of the snow-covered surroundings. The staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to assist. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. it was an incredible experience.

I did notice that the stair handrail leading up to the room was a bit loose in places.

The garden area is a tranquil oasis to relax, while the restaurant offers delicious packed lunches. The rooms have exclusive advantages, like private facilities and comfortable beds. This hotel is a true indulgence for a ski holiday.

The only negative aspect was the occasional noisy children in the leisure room, which could disturb the calm ambiance. However, this issue was caused solely by the behavior of some guests and not the hotel staff's fault.
