This hotel is a great find! The staff here are so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail is impressive, with amenities like a kitchenette and facilities provided for our convenience. The location is perfect, right in the center of town with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient, with easy access to many good restaurants and shopping areas. The free coffee in the lobby and the laundry room were nice additional features that made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

We found a few areas in the room and bathroom that could have used a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. some of the decor and furnishings could have been updated to give the room a fresher feel.

Close to yatai food stalls, Canal City, and Sumiyoshi Shrine. Good price, not fancy. Helpful staff, arranged transport and advised on train pass. Clean, nice-sized room. Convenient location near bus stop, convenience stores. Cherry blossoms along the river. Early check-in allowed. Limited English proficiency but helpful nonetheless. Comfortable room with microwave, kettle, mini kitchenette. Free coffee in lobby. Laundry available with detergent purchase. Stayed an extra night due to exhaustion and illness.

The hotel is located in a great area, with the big Canal City shopping center just a 5-minute walk away. This is perfect for exploring the city center and enjoying a variety of shopping options. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, providing a variety of dining choices for guests.

The room was quite small, limiting the space available for guests to move around comfortably.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for exploring the center of the city, with easy access to Tenjin Minami station and the subway. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I appreciated the kitchenette and the complimentary coffee. The hotel provided the basic necessities and there were convenience stores nearby for any additional needs. However, one downside was that there was no wardrobe in the room, so I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase.
