The room was comfortable, and the staff provided helpful information about the area and the best routes around Nara Park. The dinner experience was excellent, with a knowledgeable server explaining each dish and making sure we enjoyed our meal. The traditional Japanese breakfast was also delicious. The staff went above and beyond, keeping our bags and providing us with a postcard and printed photo as a memento. We would highly recommend this hotel for its traditional inn experience and exceptional staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and allowed us to experience the Japanese style of life. We especially loved the beautiful public bath, which added to the authentic feel of our stay. Another highlight was the option to choose our menu for breakfast and dinner, and the food was excellent. Despite a minor drawback of the traditional Japanese breakfast not being suitable for our European stomachs, we were offered a continental breakfast as an alternative. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a pleasant and immersive Japanese experience.
