The buffet meals were delightful, although arriving early is recommended to enjoy the full selection. Complimentary vouchers for the souvenir store were a pleasant surprise. The option for clean towels without a room clean is a convenient and thoughtful touch. The staff at the souvenir shop, as well as the cleaners, are extremely helpful. The waitresses at the restaurants go out of their way to assist guests. The front desk staff are generally friendly and accommodating. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay for families with children.

So many amenities! Hot springs, game corner, gift shops, and even a shuttle. I felt like a VIP, especially when I danced the night away at the ryokan's happening nightclub.

Oh, the irony! Noisy street, high breakfast price, and the shuttle queues were a hoot. And let's not forget the insect invasion in the shower.

We had a memorable stay here - green hills, flowing water, and fresh air surrounding us, making for a soothing atmosphere. The room was spacious and had everything we could need, such as air conditioning and tea facilities. The staff were fantastic and helpful - the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. We enjoyed the public bath immensely, especially the open-air bath which had many different bathing options. We could relax here, making it one of the best experiences we had on our trip.

our anniversary stay in hakone was absolutely amazing, and okada truly exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful private bath. the staff was friendly, and the meals were delicious.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The traditional Japanese room was very comfortable and authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the dinners were delicious. I also enjoyed the easy access to the hot springs and the beautiful outdoor scenery.

The location of the hotel was quite remote and far from the train station, making it a bit of a hassle to get to. the shuttle service was not very convenient, and we had to wait in long queues for a ride.
