It would have been helpful to have more English information about the hotel's heating system and the public bath.

I gotta say, Hotel Vista in Sendai really delivered on value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and had a separate bathroom and shower. Plus, the location right by the JR Niigata train station was super convenient. The staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating, even holding onto my bag until check-in time.

Just a small suggestion to make the morning meal even better - it would have been great to have a wider variety of options at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was in a great location, close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and had nice amenities, including complimentary toiletries and a mini fridge. The view from the room was also quite nice, with a glimpse of the city skyline in the distance.
