The Wing International hotel had a lovely atmosphere and decor. The staff were helpful and allowed us to borrow an iron. Extra toiletries were available at the reception. The room exceeded our expectations with its size, cleanliness, and amenities like a fridge and a coffee pod machine. The addition of a handheld device with tips and internet was a great convenience. We also enjoyed the nice atmosphere at the hotel bar.

Plus, being situated on a food street made it convenient for dining and shopping any time of day without noise disturbances. I loved it!

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. The rooms may be small, but that's normal in Japan. What makes up for it is the attention to detail in the sleek and stylish decor. Plus, the location is perfect! It's near Osaka station, close to the vibrant nightlife, and conveniently located to explore the city. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to assist guests. I also loved the free welcome drinks at the bar and the breathtaking views of the Umeda area from the rooms. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast!
