Fantastic holidays with family. Great location near the beach and outdoor pool. The sea view room had amazing views. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Large bathroom and separate toilet. Absolute quiet and beautiful sunsets. The staff was superb and made our stay special. Plenty of different areas with sunbeds.

Limited dining options in the evening. The pool hours closed way too early.

The location of the hotel makes it difficult to find a place to swim in the ocean, which is a downside. However, the room is spacious and perfectly appointed, with a lovely bathroom and a breathtaking view of the sea. The Japanese service and attention to detail are outstanding, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel also has fantastic facilities, including a small private beach and a pool.

One negative aspect is the 13% service charge forced in the restaurant.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue where all of our needs were fulfilled. The spa and wellness centre, with its sauna and steam room, provided us with the ultimate relaxation experience. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the infinity pool that offered a breathtaking view of the sea. The sun loungers were comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax in the garden area. Additionally, the beach access made our vacation much more enjoyable.

Although the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, there was only one minor issue with the language barrier. Some of the staff members were not fluent in English, which made communication slightly difficult.

Wow! This hotel is amazing. The breathtaking view is definitely one of the best aspects you can experience here. You will have an unforgettable time during your stay with the varied activities offered. Snorkeling and kayaking make it a unique experience. the food is delicious. The breakfast has a wide range of choices, and every restaurant offered has great options and is worth trying.

The main downside is that the hotel is a bit isolated and far from the city, around a one-hour drive. Another disadvantage is the cost of everything.

We were delighted by our recent stay at Hyatt Regency. The room was stunning and the view of the ocean was unobstructed. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The multiple pools, including the warm jacuzzis, were a definite highlight. The staff was nice and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast and the overall food options were delicious. The hotel's beautiful location added to the exceptional experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

Although our stay was exceptional, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The beach was a bit small, and not having easy access to coin laundry for a week-long stay was a minor inconvenience.
