our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff, especially with our two little kids, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to provide little treats for our children, making them feel special. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of choices and even a good coffee machine. The recently renovated room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a clean and well-sized kettle. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor sections, were a wonderful addition to our stay, providing relaxation and rejuvenation. The location of this hotel, nestled in a nice remote village surrounded by a little forest, was perfect for us. It offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great hotel with awesome staff! The location was perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and shuttles to the ski resorts right in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling, and we really enjoyed the onsen after our ski days. The ski lockers were very convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel shuttle was quite limited and strict with timing, and the laundry room was a bit small with occasional waiting times. The hotel restaurant was subpar, except for breakfast, which was great. Body lotion was not provided in the room, so make sure to bring your own if you have dry skin.

The staff at Courtyard went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. When I needed a ride to the nearby ski resort, they graciously offered a complimentary shuttle service. It made getting to the slopes hassle-free and convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of dining options within a short walk. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the onsen provided a heavenly retreat after a day of skiing. I highly recommend Courtyard for its outstanding service and wonderful amenities. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located down the main street of Echoland, making it very convenient for us to explore the local restaurants and cafes. We were able to enjoy a variety of delicious meals just a short walk away from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Although the hotel has a beautiful view, it lacks a spa facility which would have added to the overall experience.
