Convenient location near shinkansen station, Tokyo, and Yokohama attractions. Plenty of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Spacious and modern rooms. Excellent service from the staff.

We had a great stay at a very practical location! The room was a normal size and the air conditioning worked perfectly. As someone with allergies, I was relieved to find the hotel was extremely clean and mold-free. The location near Shin-Yokohama station was perfect for catching the Shinkansen, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room size was above average for its grade, offering ample space. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Shin-Yokohama shinkansen station and various dining options nearby. It is a convenient choice for those with a JR Pass, as Tokyo is just a short journey away. The service was outstanding upon arrival, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. a great option for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local attractions and public transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the design of the hotel was modern and sleek. The breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and western options to satisfy the diverse tastes of guests.

It was uncomfortably hot during my stay, and the portable fan provided was insufficient to cool the room. I was surprised by the extra fee charged for early check-in, as other hotels I have stayed at did not charge for this service.
