The staff, especially 友利, was warm and provided detailed information about the hotel and its services. The onsen and wet sauna were fantastic, and we loved the ocean view from our room. The hotel's location was perfect - right by the ocean and close to key tourist spots. The modern and clean design of the rooms were a highlight. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially one who was warm and detail-oriented in explaining the hotel's services. We enjoyed the stunning views from the room with the ocean view, including the beautiful fireworks display at night. The onsen and wet sauna facilities were also great to experience.

The main building infinity pool water was very cold and the lighting in the room was quite dim. the hotel's policy about tattoos and the hot spring was not pleasant.
