Guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast with formal service, reminiscent of a Scottish hotel. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, perfect for dining options.

Some guests have found the staff to be lacking in communication skills, which can be frustrating when making simple requests.

Spent Christmas in a gorgeous historical hotel surrounded by lush greenery. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Loved the delicious breakfast and the high quality bath products provided in my immaculately cleaned bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring the city's highlights and the atmospheric surroundings made for a unique and unforgettable experience.

The public areas were overheated, which made me feel a bit stuffy at times. Finding the hotel on foot was a bit tricky, despite being described as a short walk from the train station on the website.

The location was unbeatable, nestled within the enchanting surroundings of a famous park. I was delighted to find deer roaming right behind the hotel, adding to the magical atmosphere. The reception staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. They recommended an incredible local Shabu Shabu restaurant and even helped me secure a reservation. It turned out to be one of the best dinners I had in Japan. I highly recommend this hotel for its captivating Japanese architecture, elegant rooms, and delightful atmosphere.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by kind and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a private garden area which was great for relaxing. The bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring the location advantages of the hotel. The restaurant had delicious food and we were impressed by the Full body massage services provided in the private facilities.

The only minor issue we faced was that the back massage service was fully booked for the duration of our stay, but this did not hinder our experience at all.
