Excellent service and food at Soh's Bar and Forest Coffee House. Fantastic cheese rice, curry rice, coffee, and cake. Great ambiance at both establishments. Convenient for driving guests. Good variety and delicious breakfast. Quiet and comfortable room. Spacious western hotel-sized room and bathroom. Perfect location for tours and attractions.

Spent Xmas with family at a ski-in ski-out hotel in Hokkaido. Loved the uninterrupted views of snow-capped mountains from our room and the convenient access to the slopes. enjoyed the variety of dining options and the excellent buffet breakfast with freshly-baked pastries and a range of fruits.

The cost of staying during the Xmas period was quite high, but understandable given the peak season. the hotel's location was a bit remote, requiring a car or taxi to reach nearby restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to various attractions in the area. For example, guests can enjoy a nice cafe at Ningle Terrace, which is just a short walk away from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the ski lift, making it a perfect choice for ski lovers. Moreover, the hotel is situated right next to the Furano Zone slopes, providing stunning views and easy access to outdoor activities.

The hotel rooms feel a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations.

During our stay at New Furano Prince, we discovered a hidden gem - a wintery shopping path with a cozy restaurant and bar. In the evening, it was enchanting to stroll along the path, surrounded by the snowy scenery. The restaurant and bar added to the charm, offering a delightful place to unwind and enjoy delicious food and drinks. this unique experience made our stay memorable. I highly recommend checking out this spot at the hotel.

Luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The Spa & wellness centre was the highlight of my stay, with a variety of treatments available and expert massage therapists. The hot spring bath was truly indulgent, as were the exclusive room advantages such as in-room jacuzzi and private garden area. The location advantages of being nestled in the woods made for a truly tranquil and serene atmosphere, perfect for a getaway from the bustle of city life.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant. While the food was overall excellent, there was a slight drop in standard observed in one dish.
