The meals were great and the local touch added to the experience. The staff were very kind and helpful, always receiving us with a big smile. The room was cozy and clean, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. It was really close to the main attractions and shops, which made it easy to get around.

The room was not as pictured and the view was not great, disappointing us quite a bit. Another issue was the lack of space in the reception area; it was too small and at times, not as tidy as we would've expected. while the experience was good, it was not as exceptional as we were hoping for.

Authentic cultural experience, comfortable room and bed, exceptional bathroom and toilet, superb amenities, authentic kimono provided.

The fusion of Japanese and French cuisine was truly exceptional. we highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.
