We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been more convenient, just a short walk from the main bus station and close to shops and a convenience store. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. They even offered a grocery shopping service, which was very convenient. The hotel had a range of amenities, including a sauna and jacuzzi, a garden area, and a hot spring bath. The on-site car park and luggage storage made our stay even more convenient. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with heating, a terrace, an in-room safe, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the dining options, with a restaurant offering special diet menus and a bar/lounge area. the level of service and the quality of amenities provided by this hotel were exceptional.

Impressive public bath, good location for trekking/skiing. Pretty onsen, tasty food, kind personnel. Interesting and traditional Japanese dinner. Nice bathing area with beautiful view. Worth trying private onsen, spacious room and great facility.

Amazing onsen experience with both indoor and outdoor pools. , the towels and robes offered were very soft and comforting. The room had enough space and comfortable beds.

The food offered was way too exotic for my taste and stomach! I was expecting more familiar flavors.

We had a fantastic time at this mountain retreat. The location was stunning, surrounded by hills ablaze with autumn colors. It was just a short walk to the bus terminal and the beautiful Hirayu Otaki waterfall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a private open-air hot spring bath that added to the overall relaxation. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't get enough of the peaceful views from our room.

The facilities could have been better maintained.

We absolutely loved the authentic Japanese room at Okada Ryokan. The futon and tatami floors created a cozy atmosphere, and having a private bathroom was a bonus. The onsen was truly amazing, with the flexibility to enjoy it anytime during the night. The traditional Japanese dinner was a highlight, with the sashimi being incredibly fresh. We only wish we could have extended our stay to fully immerse ourselves in its charm. we highly recommend Okada Ryokan.
