The Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations as a budget traveler. The room had a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance from Nago. The management was quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room after a complaint email. The upgraded traditional Japanese room was a welcome change. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, providing excellent service. The concierge service was top-notch and always available to assist us. The seaview from our room was exceptional. The breakfast selection was delicious with plenty of baked goods and fresh fruit.

I felt right at home at the Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic time at a large resort hotel with friendly, smiling staff. The spacious rooms all had an ocean view, and the free shuttle made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Despite a busy breakfast, the attentive staff always made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. The Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax and unwind with their numerous massages and pampering services. The Indoor swimming pool was well-maintained and provided a great place to exercise. The Sauna was a great way to detox and recharge. The Swimming pool was spacious and clean, perfect for swimming laps or lounging in the sun. The Outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing place to cool off and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The Jacuzzi was a great way to soothe sore muscles. The Spa lounge was a comfortable place to relax and socialize with other guests. The Seasonal outdoor pool was a fun way to enjoy the beautiful weather. The Restaurant provided delicious meals with attentive service. The in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start off the day. The Bar/ Lounge area was a great place to unwind with a drink after a long day.

The only issue I encountered was a minor one at check-in. I was asked to pay upfront, which I found unusual for a hotel of this caliber.

On my recent Christmas stay, I appreciated the good customer service and the spacious rooms with a comfortable layout to work on. the multiple restaurant options made me feel spoilt for choice. However, the best aspect was the tantalizing breakfast, which left me satisfied and ready for the day.

Sadly, the location of the hotel was a letdown. It was not in a prime location and required a mode of transport to get around the area.
