Liked the location of the hotel, close to the botanical gardens and a short walk to the main park. The room was spacious and the design a mix of modern and traditional. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and high-quality. Perfect to start the day of exploring.

Disliked how hot the room was, at times it was uncomfortable, but stepping outside to breathe in some fresh air helped. The distance from the train station was a bit far, and with lots of luggage, it could become an issue.

During our stay at Onsen Ryokan Yuen, we were impressed by the clean and new rooms. The staff were very polite and accommodating, and taxis were readily available when we needed them. We loved the convenient location across from the botanical garden, and having a Family Mart next door was great for quick and affordable snacks. The onsen was beautiful and relaxing, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary ice cream. the hotel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and the beds were comfortable.

Beautifully designed with timber, loft sleeping area, and complimentary ice cream at the onsen. Lovely scent in the air. Japanese breakfast is a must-try. Friendly staff, warm rooms, and clean spaces. Great amenities and location next to botanical gardens.
