The facilities were mind-blowing and super clean, with a jaw-dropping common room PERFECT for socializing. The location was incredibly convenient, near bus/monorail stations and the main shopping road. The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite reduced reception times. Highly recommended!

The common space is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for socializing and relaxation. the capsule rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and pillows. The fact that guests are required to remove their shoes before entering the common areas adds a nice touch of cleanliness and regard for hygiene.

The noise levels at night can sometimes be disruptive, with the potential for guests to be inconsiderate and disturb others who are trying to sleep.

I recently stayed at Santiago Guesthouse and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus terminal and monorail station. The convenience of having FamilyMart and Lawson nearby, as well as a lovely restaurant across the street, was a plus. The option to use the laundry room and kitchen was also very convenient. I cannot stress enough how clean and well-maintained this place is.
