The location was fantastic, with the Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also had a 100 yen shop right across the street, perfect for any last-minute needs. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with restaurant reservations and providing detailed directions. The onsen on the second floor was a delightful bonus for onsen lovers like us. a top-notch experience.

During my Thanksgiving stay in Hokkaido, I found a hotel with great amenities and a good price-value ratio. The hotel is located near two subway stations and close to a 100-yen store, which made it very convenient for us to move around and buy affordable products. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Japanese and western-style cuisine, and offered a coffee take away service. Our room had a bubble massage bathtub which was a nice added touch to our stay.

I was disappointed that the parking at the hotel was always occupied, forcing us to park our car one block away. , there was an onsen facility that we had to pay extra to use, which would have been nice if it was included in the room fee.

I had a fantastic time at the centrally located hotel. The dinner at the steakhouse was absolutely delicious, especially the garlic rice. It was one of the best I've ever tasted, with perfect flavors and generous portions. The hotel is also clean and designed to cater to western travelers, making it a comfortable stay.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the package we booked that included a spa and breakfast. The spa had unlimited usage, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The breakfast at the Hapuna restaurant offered a wide range of delicious Western and Japanese foods, providing a great start to our day. Additionally, the hotel's convenient shuttle service from New Chitose Airport and to Sapporo Station made it easy for us to get around.

The location was advantageous, with easy access to the covered shotengai area and a free shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station.

The Spa & wellness centre was not available during my stay, as it was closed for maintenance. However, the hotel staff made up for this minor disappointment by providing a complimentary massage service in our room.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to all the attractions and within walking distance to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the great view from our high-floor room.

The pillows provided in the room were not very comfortable and could be improved. Additionally, the location of the hotel was a bit far from some popular areas and restaurants, requiring a bit of walking or using public transportation to get around.
