I had an amazing stay at this resort. The value for our money was fantastic, and our room was spacious with a stunning ocean view. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful woods and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff treated us like royalty, providing excellent service and ensuring our every need was met.

We stayed at Sheraton for one night while traveling from Yakoshima to Beppu. What a mistake, we should have stayed longer! The location is perfect for golf and beach lovers, with beautiful sea views from the spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of cuisines. The hotel grounds, spa, shops, and restaurant were top-notch. a modern and comfortable hotel with amazing amenities.

We were traveling from Yakushima to Beppu and needed a place to stay on the way, so we chose this hotel for one night. What a mistake. The mistake was that we reserved only one night. What a magnificent hotel! Situated in the middle of nature, it offers a tranquil and beautiful setting. The pool is free and there is a free shuttle bus to attractions around the area. The cafe offers reasonably priced snacks and the breakfast is simply amazing. The staff speaks English, making check-in a breeze. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're in the area or passing through.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and had stunning views of the ocean. The modern Japanese elements in the hotel area added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The highlight, however, was definitely the hot springs and spa. They were simply amazing and made me feel incredibly comfortable and calm. I would highly recommend experiencing them during your stay. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making my time here even more enjoyable.

Our Easter stay at the resort was enjoyable, with plenty of fun activities for the whole family. The private onsen had a fantastic atmosphere, allowing us to relax and unwind. Additionally, the spacious rooms provided ample space for our family.

One downside was the lack of accessibility to the beach, which required a long walk or drive and the beach itself was not suitable for swimming. Furthermore, some staff members had limited English proficiency, although they made an effort to provide good service.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel for the second time in order to spend more time in the area. The Sheraton in Miyazaki offers a great breakfast and the rooms are spacious with amazing views. One of my favorite features was the onsen, perfect for relaxation. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by lovely decorations. Additionally, I enjoyed renting a bicycle to explore the paths around the property and taking advantage of the gym facilities and shuttle bus service to nearby attractions. it was a completely relaxing getaway experience that I look forward to repeating.
