The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to many attractions. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. That the room was smaller than expected, leaving limited space for our suitcases.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Sapporo over New Year, we enjoyed the modern look of the rooms and the convenience of the location. The rooms were always clean, and the shower was great. We also loved the fact that there was a public bath, which was a real treat during the cold winter weather. the hotel was close to the train station and situated in a calm area.

The price of the room was high for its size, and we had to get our amenities like toothbrushes from outside. , our trash was collected only every other day, and the pillows were not as comfortable as we expected.

It made everything very convenient and stress-free.
