We had a slight mix-up with a parcel delivery, but the staff at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Daimon quickly sorted it out and made sure our package was delivered correctly. They were very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of before we checked out.

We didn't have any major complaints about our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Daimon. The only minor drawbacks were that the views from the room were not particularly impressive and the TV only had Japanese channels.
