I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel nestled on a hill just outside the city center. The location was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the town and mountains. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful, especially the manager who even went out of their way to post my jacket back to me when I accidentally left it behind. The level of customer service at this place was truly unparalleled.

The breakfast options were unbelievably good, with choices for both Japanese and western tastes. The level of service exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the main parts of the city. The hotel's location uphill provided beautiful views of Takayama.

The hotel provided a shuttle service into town, which was very convenient. The breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of local delicacies that we hadn't seen elsewhere. The hotel also provided private onsen, ensuring a truly serene and personal experience. The lounge and massage recreation center were perfect for unwinding, and the free massage chairs were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service for those who preferred not to walk up the hill, and taxis were also available. this hotel served as a fantastic base for exploring Takayama, and I would definitely recommend it.

The relaxation suite with massage chairs was a lovely surprise. The views of Takayama were superb, and it was only a short stroll into town or a convenient free shuttle ride. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel well looked after. We would love to come back someday.
