The hotel staff at Arabesque were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The downstairs foyer was a lovely place to relax, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The location was great, with Rainbow Street just a 5-10 minute walk away. The reliable WiFi was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arabesque! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving us information about a free city walking tour. The tour was informative and a great experience. We also appreciated the convenient parking available right in front of the hotel. Additionally, when we requested a late checkout, the staff were accommodating and allowed us to stay longer. the location, friendly staff, and great experiences made our stay at Hotel Arabesque exceptional.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything by car, making it easy to explore the city and visit all the main sights. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and always speaking good English. The breakfast options are delicious and the presentation is aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, the hotel offers a driver service and tour options for easy transportation and sightseeing.

The sink in the bathroom was falling apart and not securely attached to the wall, which was a bit concerning.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Amman that I highly recommend. the location was fantastic - just a short walk from downtown and close to all the must-visit spots in the city. It made exploring so convenient! Secondly, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel itself had all the basic amenities I needed, including a well-equipped room with a fridge, and the breakfast served was absolutely delicious. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Honestly, there was not a single thing I could fault about this hotel.

The room was not up to par in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom had a terrible smell and the shower water pressure was weak.
