They went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with a flat tire when all the shops were closed. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the entrance to Petra, making it convenient for exploring the magnificent site. The family room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a double bed and three twin beds separated by a partition. The large bathroom had both a bath and shower, along with various amenities. a great base for visiting one of the wonders of the world.
