We had the most wonderful time at Rixos! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were lovely and the spa facilities, especially the Hammam and relax area, were top-notch. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the outdoor entertainment was fantastic. We even got engaged here! We highly recommend Rixos to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time partying at this hotel, located deep in the forest right by the lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a great view. The service was friendly and efficient, and we enjoyed delicious meals in both restaurants. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool and a casino.

The location is quite isolated, with not much around.

We were amazed by the beautiful scenery and the stunning mountains and lakes of Borovoe, truly a hidden gem in Kazakhstan. The hotel provided excellent rooms with breathtaking views, as well as a variety of meeting rooms, sports facilities, and even a casino. The Kazakh Ethno-Aul organized by the hotel showcased the rich culture and lifestyle of Kazakhstan. Despite a small issue with the canteen staff being overloaded, all other aspects of our experience were outstanding. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel we stayed at during Xmas was amazing! The food was great with a variety of international and local options; they even offered two complementary spa treatments per guest. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake nearby and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. The best aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay memorable.

The isolated location, which made it challenging to explore nearby areas without a car. the hotel lacked entertainment options in the evening, so we had to find things to do on our own.

The new hotel is modern and very nice. The all-inclusive food was delicious. The massage was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The snowmobile ride was fun and the spa afterwards was amazing. The fresh air during morning hikes was refreshing.

This hotel is truly luxurious, providing exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of treatments such as body wraps and massages. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were clean, and the Spa lounge was perfect for relaxing. The Turkish bath was a unique experience, and the beauty treatments were top-notch. The location advantages were fantastic, with beautiful views and a sun terrace that provided sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The BBQ facilities were great, and the Garden area was well-maintained.

The hotel's service was satisfactory, with only one minor issue during my stay. The service was slow at the Poolside snack bar, but the staff was polite and attentive.
