The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a few small restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The airport bus stop is a short walk away, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are minimalist, with cleverly designed features like the toilet door doubling as a cabinet door. The bed is comfortable and the temperature in the room is adjustable.

The staff at the hotel were not very helpful in resolving technical issues with the room's heating system.

The service was great; staff promptly addressed my issue with a leak in the bathroom and provided a new room. The cleanliness was impressive, likely due to the hotel being new. The Deluxe Double Room had a great view and comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. The free Aveda toiletries were a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety with allergy labels, and the buffet dinner was delicious.

Great experience with this hotel. The location is perfect, just in-between two subway stations and close to many restaurants. The room was amazing with a stunning view of the city. My king bed was very comfortable and I was even upgraded to a higher level. Breakfast was also great, with lots of options to choose from.

No major complaints, overall a nice stay.

As a young family, we loved the perfect combination of facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The extremely good value for money, convenient location, and easy access in and out made our stay hassle-free. We appreciated the presence of nearby convenience stores and a 24-hour local Korean restaurant, perfect for late-night cravings. The housekeeping staff, who spoke English, was simply amazing, providing excellent service.

The free glass of champagne upon arrival was a nice touch and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The hotel is situated close to the main square which made it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices.

The room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the bedding. The staff seemed uninterested and didn't go out of their way to offer help or advice.
