Located on the banks of a serene river and away from the hustle-bustle of the town center, this hotel provides a tranquil setting. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay, and the tasty food served in the restaurant adds to the overall experience. The breakfast spread is wide and varied, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel features a nice spa and pool area for relaxation.

Despite the positive aspects, the hotel is in need of urgent renovation both inside and outside.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of this hotel, with its location in the forest and nearby river. It was the perfect place for a relaxing walk and a breath of fresh air.

The hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had nice relaxing areas. The gym and table tennis facilities were a great addition.

We spent Easter at this hotel and despite all the negative aspects, there were some things I liked. The complimentary chocolate eggs and Easter decorations were a nice touch. The location near the river and park was great for walks. Plus, the view from the balcony was beautiful.

There were many negative aspects to our stay. The room was old and outdated with dirty balconies covered in spider webs.

During our stay at Royal Spa Residence, we were impressed by the excellent peaceful location, nestled in a green area surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The hotel's SPA options were fantastic, providing a variety of healthy and relaxing experiences. Our double room was recently renovated and offered spaciousness, comfort, and cleanliness. We especially enjoyed the balcony view overlooking the serene green area, riverside, and forest. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist us. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food and fruits. we had a wonderful relaxing time and we would definitely consider returning to Royal Spa Residence for another visit.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The swimming pool was smaller than expected and often crowded, particularly on weekends.

The massage was so good it made me forget about all my troubles. The conference center was equipped with everything, even a microphone. The lobby bar was a great spot to relax and read.

The location of the hotel was convenient and the apartments were spacious. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room, although some cooking equipment was missing.

The sound isolation in the room was poor and I was constantly disturbed by noise from the hallway. The heating system was not working when I arrived, but it was promptly fixed after I complained.
