Luxurious hotel with great location overlooking traditional markets and old bazaar. Polite and helpful staff, especially the young guy at parking. Comfortable rooms with pool, fitness saloon, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Lovely bar and terrace with panoramic view. Delicious and beautifully arranged breakfast.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We spent our Easter holiday at a hotel and it was an okay experience. The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The location was great, in the heart of the city, and we were able to access main attractions easily. , we had access to a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city which was a great bonus.

There were some downsides to our experience. The bathroom was not what we expected;

Incredible views and a fantastic breakfast experience on the 7th floor. The hotel offers a free pool, gym, and sauna for a luxurious stay. The location is perfect, surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and amenities. I had a great time and would definitely come back.

Amazing views from the rooftop bar, perfect for enjoying a light snack and coffee while getting to know fellow guests. The conference room on the 6th floor offers great natural light and views of the Old Bazaar. The catering team provides delicious food options.

Who needs darkness during the night? The remote light system was conveniently broken, giving me a lovely surprise of all the room lights turning on multiple times, ensuring I never have a peaceful night's sleep.

The value for money at Arka was great and the room was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the Old City with shops and local restaurants, and the staff treated us really well.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

We had a luxurious stay here, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the city and the sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax on the sun loungers. The room advantages were exclusive and contributed positively to our stay. The dining experience was fantastic, with special diet menus and a Continental buffet breakfast complimented with a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area.

Our stay here was almost perfect, with just one minor issue being the loud prayer calls from surrounding mosques. It was a shame as it disturbed our sleep, despite the other private facilities the hotel offered including the indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
