The staff is exceptionally helpful and the facilities are extensive, including a pool with warm and clean water. The breakfast restaurant has friendly staff and the front desk is always welcoming.

There were a few instances where it was challenging to reach the hotel staff over the phone due to high volume, but it may have been a temporary issue.

I recently stayed at Aloft for a few nights. The hotel's strategic location made it easy for us to shop and dine at the nearby shopping center. We enjoyed the well-lit infinity pool with its stunning view of the city skyline at night. The fitness center had a good variety of equipment and was well-maintained. The spacious room with two comfortable queen beds was perfect for our family. The breakfast offered a variety of food options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The free wifi and validated parking were also a plus.

During my recent Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks that were offered in the hotel restaurant. The location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently connected to a transportation hub, making it easy to explore the city. the view from my room was spectacular and added to the overall experience.

I found the lack of a handheld shower option to be frustrating. The water temperature was also difficult to adjust, which affected the quality of my shower experience.
