We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right opposite the Masjid Jamek train station and very near to the Central Market. It was incredibly convenient for accessing public transport and exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we felt secure with the presence of a security guard. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary luggage room where we could safely store our belongings while we traveled around Malaysia for a month. this hotel provided excellent service and made our stay in this city truly enjoyable.

The location of Big M was incredibly convenient, right next to the MRT station and within walking distance to various eateries like McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage at the property for the whole day. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio with its stunning view of the city.

the location of our stay at Big M in KL was perfect, with the LRT station just steps away and lots of food options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long journey. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus too.
