The hotel is ideally located in the center of oldtown, with famous restaurants like Hameediyah, Line clear, and Sup Hameed nearby. The in-house Japanese restaurant is highly rated, and the staff, like Soon Hock, provide excellent service and assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread in the café was impressive. the location and amenities made for a pleasant stay.

Limited car park space was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel could consider offering a firmer bed option for seniors with back pain issues, as some guests have found the soft surface bed uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and transportation options. We also enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket in our room.

The room felt dated and could use some updating, particularly the carpet. There were also limited power outlets which were not conveniently located near the bed.

We found this place to be in a great location in the downtown area, making it easy to access anywhere. It is near everything and even has a free shuttle bus stop. The staff was amazing, with excellent service throughout. They were always willing to help, and we felt safe even as single woman travelers. The room service was also excellent, and housekeeping did a fantastic job.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. You can easily walk to famous eateries like Sup Hameed, Nasi Kandar Line Clear, and Bee Hwa Cafe. Plus, attractions like Fort Cornwallis and Penang street arts are just within walking distance. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly options available.

We enjoyed the fast check-in and check-out process during our romantic escape. It saved us a lot of time and hassle. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our stay.- The location of the hotel was superb, with plenty of interesting shops and attractions within walking distance. It made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable.

The WiFi connection was quite poor in our room, making it difficult for us to stay connected and use our devices. We were disappointed to find torn towels and bedsheets with stains on them.
