The bed at City Garden Hotel was surprisingly comfortable, with soft and thick blankets that made me feel like I was staying in a high-end hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the towels provided were new, thick, and smelled great. I also loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the beach and the local market for delicious food and dried seafood. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I found my stay at the City Garden Hotel to be a pleasant one.

This hotel in the heart of Tawau offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and brightly lit, providing a comfortable stay. Centrally located, it is surrounded by restaurants, shops, banks, and even a bus terminal. Plus, the hotel pays attention to the small details, providing a hot water kettle, tea, coffee, and drinking water in the room. I was pleasantly surprised to receive 2 cups of instant noodles at check-in. An added bonus is its proximity to a seafood restaurant, the Tanjung market, and other eateries. All in all, this hotel is a gem in its price range.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making our romantic escape enjoyable. We particularly loved that the towels were new, thick, soft and smelled good, and that the hotel was located within walking distance of the beach for some fresh sea breeze in the morning. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many Halal restaurants scattered around.

Some amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit, sanitary bag, laundry bag and list. the breakfast wasn't satisfying since we had to cook instant noodles in our room using the water boiler.
