I stayed at Dorsett for one night on business. The room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked fine. The pool deck had a fantastic view, and the overall look and feel of the hotel was positive. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was brilliant, with a supermarket, restaurant, cafe, and other amenities nearby. The free upgrade to a superior room with a private balcony was ideal. The rooms were Muslims friendly, with an Al-quran and sejadah provided, and the equipment in the rooms was complete.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Putrajaya, with the Putra Mosque just a 20-minute walk away. I also loved that it was right in front of the Iron Mosque and had a beautiful view of the river from the sidewalk. Another highlight was the food truck market located in front of the hotel.

I felt welcomed into the family during my stay and had no reason to complain.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was stunning with beautiful surroundings. Even though our room faced the mosque and it was a bit noisy in the morning, we slept well on the comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here as it had a great location. There was a beautiful lake nearby where families came to hang out. The hotel was in the city center and there were plenty of shops and commercial services. The staff here were lovely, from the receptionist to the coffee-house, they provided great service. The room was soundproofed and had air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We enjoyed unwinding in the leisure swimming pool with its sun loungers and rooftop pool.

Highly recommended to all as we had a pleasant time and everything was value for money.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. You can easily get to many government buildings and there is a supermarket right next door. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The comfortable rooms have soft pillows and a clean bathroom. The restaurant serves a great breakfast buffet with halal-friendly food. Enjoy the amazing view of the rooftop infinity pool.

The gym facility can be improved with more equipment.

I recently stayed at a well-maintained hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of options. The room was clean and displayed the Kiblat direction, which is important for Muslim travelers like myself. I appreciated the Coway water dispenser provided in the hallway, which allowed guests to have a convenient supply of plain water and supported efforts to reduce plastic bottle waste. my experience at Dorsett was positive, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the comfortable restaurant.

Conveniently located near a supermarket, food trucks, and a mosque. Room is clean, small but adequate for solo travelers. Good water pressure and shower. Breakfast has a variety of options. Staff, particularly Izuan and Ridzuan, are friendly and helpful.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a stunning view and an exclusive relaxation experience. The restaurant served a variety of halal food and special diet menus with high-quality ingredients that satisfied my taste buds.

The only minor downside was the inconvenient entrance for elderly and handicapped people, with ramps and lift at the back lane of a grocery store.

Spent Easter in this hotel and I can say it was definitely worth it. They gave Easter eggs to all guests and complimentary cookies for the children! The location is unbeatable as it is close to restaurants and tourist attractions. , having a grocery store next door was super convenient. The room was quite spacious with an amazing view from the balcony.

There were a few issues that could be improved. The parking area is quite cramped and it was a hassle to carry our luggage to the hotel as there was no direct lift.
