Great location with easy access to shopping and dining options. Amazing view from the room

Old and worn-out furnishings with unpleasant odor. Poor maintenance and service.

Our stay at the Grand Service Apartment @ Times Square was great value for money - a comfortable room with a stunning view of the Petronas Towers and city center. The location was excellent, with a mall right below and fantastic facilities like a swimming pool, spa, and gym on the 15th floor. The host, Rahman, was incredibly attentive and solved any problems we had, even providing us with cooking facilities when we needed them.

The breakfast menu could have been better.

I recently stayed at the Grand Service Apartment for a few days during my visit to Kuala Lumpur. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centers, street food, and popular tourist attractions like China town and Central Market. The apartment, although a bit old, was well maintained and comfortable. The facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool, spa, and gym on the 15th floor, were excellent. The view from the apartment, overlooking the Petronas towers and the city center, was absolutely stunning. Special mention to the attentive and helpful host, Rahman, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and solve any problems that arose during our stay. Thanks to him, we were provided with cooking facilities and had a hassle-free experience.

Convenient location with shopping mall downstairs. Short walk to Pavilion via a shortcut. Great facilities, spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Frosty A/C and late checkout offered. Valuable for exploring downtown KL. No negatives found.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable, with easy access to Times Square Shopping Mall and a variety of other shopping malls nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, with large rooms and a comfortable bathroom. The host is attentive and helpful, ensuring that any issues with the WiFi are resolved promptly. The pool and sports facilities in the building are an added bonus for active guests.

The maintenance of the apartment is lacking, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear.

The location of the apartment was great as it was in Berjaya Times Square, a bustling mall with plenty of markets. It was easily accessible to Times Square Shopping Mall, making it convenient for shopping. The room was spacious and had a nice view from the higher floors.

There were no proper reception counter and difficulty getting into the lobby area.
