I recently had a wonderful stay at Ascott Gurney in Penang. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. The Studio Premiere room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the well-supplied kitchenette, which allowed me to cook simple meals during my long stay. The room had amazing views of the city and the ocean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is great, with shopping malls and a food court within walking distance. I highly recommend Ascott Gurney for a pleasant stay in Penang.

My parents and I had a great stay at Ascott in Goergetown. The facilities were perfect for our need to rest, and the option to order food online and have it delivered to the hotel was a game-changer. The reception staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The spacious room had a stunning view of the sea and sunrise. The new shopping mall nearby is sure to attract more visitors, especially with its food shops. We were impressed with the amenities in the room, including a microwave and big fridge, making our longer stay with children easier. The hotel staff were professional and helpful, and our kids loved the pools.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk away from Gurney Paragon and Plaza, as well as Gurney hawker centre. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff members. The pool and pool bar were also great amenities to enjoy during my stay. I also appreciated the 10% discount for massages in the nearby Gurney Walk. I highly recommend Ascott Gurney Penang.

We had a fantastic stay at Ascott! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Gurney Drive with amazing sea views. It was convenient for exploring Georgetown and finding delicious local food stalls. The room size was exceptional and everything was pristine and cozy. We could feel the freshness in every touch.
