The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is near the mall and in Penang island where all the touristy areas are. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are met. The breakfast served is delicious, with a wide variety of options available. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a function room for events and a family suite for those traveling with children.

Impressively clean and classy. Delicious food, strategic location, and exceptional staff. Range of accommodation is impressive and breakfast buffet has variety. Lobby and reception area are airy and exterior landscape is nicely done.

This hotel exceeded all expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. We booked the executive room, which provided exclusive access to the top floor with stunning views. The room had spacious and clean interiors, comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided personalized service. The Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight; the sauna, steam room, and indoor heated swimming pool were all exceptional. The hotel's restaurant served up delicious halal food, including mouth-watering local cuisine. Breakfast was a lavish continental buffet that provided an excellent start to the day.

While this hotel was a treat in every way, there was one tiny issue that stood out—the location. situated in the quiet area away from city center, it was not within walking distance of Georgetown's must-see destinations.

The free welcome drink and complimentary fruit basket were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and some great local restaurants. Plus, we had a beautiful view from our room.

The service was extremely slow. We waited forever to be checked in and out.
