my recent stay at a hotel in playa del carmen was absolutely delightful! the location was perfect, just off 5th avenue, and the staff provided outstanding customer service. the included continental breakfast surpassed my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the condo I stayed in was very comfortable, with a spacious bedroom and a lovely patio area with a hammock.

Communication regarding policies and additional charges could be improved.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at the hotel. The 1-bedroom condo with a living room and kitchen was perfect for us. The large bedroom and nice closet space were a bonus. The hotel staff, especially Liliana, Karla, and Miguel, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for transportation, restaurants, and places to visit. The location was also fantastic, just a few steps from 5th Ave, yet surprisingly peaceful. We were close to the beach and everything we needed. we highly recommend this charming and clean hotel with its wonderful staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on La Quinta avenue and so close to everything in this city. It was just a short walk to the closest sandy beach and only a minute away from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment on 5th avenue. Despite the proximity to the bustling street, the hotel was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. The courtyard with the pool was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast that was served every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Lovely place, awesome location! The courtyard is a charming oasis, perfect for a romantic escape. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We stayed in a one-bedroom with a small terrace, perfect for enjoying evening drinks. The view of the leafy and pretty street was so pretty. The location couldn't be better, with busy 5th Avenue just steps away and a quieter 1st Avenue with a taxi stand nearby. We were able to walk to beach clubs and dinner restaurants, making it incredibly convenient.

It would be perfect if not for the noise. If you're sensitive to noise, it might be worth considering other options.

I really liked the spacious rooms and the friendly staff at this hotel. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, with the attendant going above and beyond to make sure everything looked nice. The staff, especially Moises who helped with the continental breakfast, were always polite and helpful. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was just steps away from the main attractions and shopping areas. Being close to everything made it very convenient to explore the city.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. Additionally, the TV in the room didn't work and had to be replaced, and the air conditioning in the living room was also not functional.

To top it all off, the staff from the night shift were so friendly that I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.
