The hotel had a great location, right on the beach and close to all the action. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The amenities, like the cafe and rooftop, were also great and added to the overall experience.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. The internet was practically non-existent, making it impossible to even load a simple Instagram photo.

Beachfront Hotel La Palapa was a dream come true. The location right on the beach made for breathtaking sunsets. Although the restaurant closed early, the staff made up for it with their exceptional service. My room was so cozy, I never wanted to leave. I had a truly relaxing time and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and the beautiful view from our room. The staff provided excellent service and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel. it was a wonderful experience.

What a fantastic way to start the new year! The hotel location was perfect with stunning views and a few steps away from amazing restaurants and shops. We loved that the hotel had complimentary beach towels and lounge chairs which made our beach day so comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed two complementary complimentary meals. The hotel's restaurant service was excellent too.

We had small issues with the air conditioning in our room, and there was not enough shade for the beach chairs. , the hotel's promise to pick us up from the ferry terminal was not fulfilled, which was a bit frustrating.
