We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and near attractions like Cintermex, Parque Fundidora, Macroplaza, and Galerias. It was easy to access and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant, were exceptional. They were efficient, courteous, and friendly. The restaurant staff, in particular, managed to pay attention to all customers even during busy times. We were also able to check in before 1 pm, which was a nice surprise.

I had a great stay at Best Western! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offered free transportation to nearby attractions, which made exploring the area convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The restaurant staff was efficient, courteous, and managed to pay attention to all customers despite being busy. The common areas were very clean, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center of the city made it convenient for exploring and accessing transportation.

Best aspects of my stay were the spacious and clean room. It had everything I needed and was well-maintained. Another positive was the location. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful reception staff. They were attentive to my needs and made check-in a breeze.

The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of English-speaking front desk staff. This made communication a bit challenging at times, but I managed to get by with the help of a translation app.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an incredible experience! The cheerful staff made our stay even better with their exceptional hospitality. We loved the complementary breakfast and shuttle services to the nearby attractions. Its location near the main plaza and shopping centers made it easy to explore the city and do some last-minute shopping. the on-site restaurant offered delicious local cuisine that we could enjoy without leaving the hotel.

Although there were many great things, the hotel had a few shortcomings. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and we had problems connecting to it throughout our stay.
