We got great value for our money at Casa Chukum - the room was clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre and the stunning lagoon.

Breakfast delights, but a little more variety in the options would be even better.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Casa Chukum was a home away from home for me. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, helping me with tour reservations and offering their assistance whenever I needed it. They even had two adorable dogs and cats that added a lovely touch to the place. The hotel itself is beautiful, with three rooftop terraces and clean, spacious rooms. The inner garden and pool were a delightful sight from my room. I also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee that were available at all times. the artsy modern feel and warm atmosphere made this a truly memorable stay.

Christmas at this hotel was decent. They provided free breakfast and a shuttle service to the nearby town and beach clubs. The hotel location was good, near the beach and not too far from town. The wifi was also a plus.

Our room was not very clean and we found multiple bugs throughout our stay. The air conditioning was not working properly and made sleeping uncomfortable.

The hotel's location near the lake and the main plaza made it convenient for exploring the town. The beautiful art pieces and garden added a special touch to the overall experience. The service provided by the staff, including the helpful owner, was outstanding. They were always ready to assist with tour recommendations, transportation, and anything else we needed. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bacalar.

This place is the best I've ever stayed at! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, always providing true and useful information. They even called cabs for us. The pool is cozy and cleaned every morning, and the rooftop offers beautiful views of pink sunrises and the Laguna. Oh, and the piña coladas are the absolute best!

We loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was well taken care of and the owners were very nice and helpful. We booked a tour to the laguna with the hotel and it was fantastic. The small group boat trip was a great time. The hotel itself is beautiful with a clean and nice-looking pool. Breakfast was delicious and there was always accessible water for guests. This was definitely the best hotel on our Yucatán tour!
