I recently stayed at this venue and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the bus station. The area was wooded and quiet, which was a nice break from the busy tourist spots. There were some restaurants around, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and offered a lot of services, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. Additionally, the swimming pool was a nice touch.

Families with children will love this hotel too.

We had the best stay at Hotel Chablis! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing. The hotel's location was perfect, being right between the ADO Station and the city center. It was convenient for exploring and getting around. it was the highlight of our trip so far!

Guests can easily access the spectacular waterfalls and ruins in the area. The spacious and clean rooms offer amenities such as free wifi and refillable water bottles. Some rooms even have a balcony with chairs, providing a nice view. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

One minor downside is that debris from the surrounding greenery occasionally floats into the pool.

I stayed at a great hotel in Palenque called Chablis. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ADO bus station. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a nice restaurant with delicious meals and great cocktails. They also had a safe deposit box, which was convenient for leaving valuables during a jungle trip.

We loved our stay at this hotel in Palenque! The location in the hotel zone was perfect with cobblestone streets, boutique hotels, and restaurants. The town of Palenque was a short walk away and we felt safe and relaxed. The room on the third floor was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony. The pool was clean and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the restaurant and happy hour by the pool.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Palenque! The staff at Chablis were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, from offering an early check-in and assisting with medical needs to helping us rebook our travel plans. The hotel and rooms were impressively clean, and the amenities like Wi-Fi, hot water, and AC were all great. The location was convenient, with restaurants and markets nearby. it was the best stay during our time in Mexico and I highly recommend Chablis.
