I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was extremely impressed with the level of luxury and comfort it provided. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a bustling shopping center. Being able to easily access everything I needed was a huge convenience. The room itself was spacious and had a homely feel to it, making it a relaxing retreat during my stay. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and allowed me to start my day off on the right foot. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a luxurious and convenient stay.

The location of City Express Tijuana Rio was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were just a short drive away from the border, making it convenient to explore both Tijuana and San Diego. I absolutely loved the staff at this hotel! They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The check-in concierge and desk reception were efficient, compassionate, and kind. Vanessa and the security gentleman were especially sensitive to my needs and provided comforting words when I couldn't sleep. Vanessa even brought me herbal tea in the middle of the night. The next day, when I returned to my room, it was clean and tended to, with a thoughtful gift and note to reassure me. The staff, including Luis the manager, were all exceptional and made my stay memorable.

The check-in process was delayed, but the breakfast was great. The hotel is nonsmoking and conveniently located with nearby restaurants and a grocery store. The room had a nice interior design and was relatively quiet.

We loved staying here! The hotel is in a great location and we felt very safe. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service. We especially appreciated the free shuttle service, which made it easy to get around.

Highly recommend this place to anyone.
