We had a romantic escape and the hotel offered a beautiful, intimate atmosphere for couples. The rooms were spacious and had a cozy ambiance, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the main avenue and close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of during our stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks that affected our overall experience. Firstly, the view from our room wasn't very pleasant, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a nice view to enhance our romantic escape.

When my husband had to go to the hospital, Mario went above and beyond to assist us with language translation and even helped with restaurant recommendations and rides. The staff, like Martin and Alfredo, were amazing in the restaurant. The facilities and breakfast were top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel.

Our waiter, Martin, was extremely friendly and courteous, providing excellent service in the restaurant. The restaurant also had a talented piano player who created a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provided unlimited food at the buffet for a decent price, which was a great advantage for us during our stay.

We found that the breakfast options at the restaurant were not very varied. While the food was fresh and the service was above average, we would have liked to see more variety in the breakfast offerings.
