The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

There were only a few hand sanitizer stations, and they were not easily accessible throughout the hotel.

I recently traveled to Mexico for the first time with my family and stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Vallejo. The staff at the hotel made us feel incredibly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The gentleman working the late shift checked us in with a friendly and helpful attitude, answering all of our questions. Nicole, who works in the breakfast lounge, made our mornings enjoyable with her charm and willingness to make my daughter fresh waffles. The housekeeping staff, especially the gentleman on the 2nd floor, greeted us with a friendly "Buenos dias" every time we crossed paths. The hotel's location next to a gigantic mall provided convenience and great city views from the dining hall. we had a memorable trip to Mexico, thanks to Fairfield Inn & Suites Vallejo and its wonderful staff.

The hotel's location was excellent, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with a gigantic mall nearby where you can find everything you need. The views of the city from the dining hall are also great, providing a wonderful backdrop for your meals. Additionally, the staff is superb and always welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast at the hotel leaves much to be desired. The sausage tastes more like a chicken frank, and the orange juice is watered down.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful design and comfortable furniture. The staff was extra helpful and welcoming, especially when we arrived at 3 am. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of a very nice shopping mall, with lots of restaurants and shops to explore.

The free breakfast was excellent and the service from all the staff was outstanding. The location of the hotel was a big advantage, as it was surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. Additionally, having a shopping center right next to the hotel was very convenient for entertainment and dining options.

The parking situation at the hotel was not ideal. It was shared with a mall, making it difficult to find a parking spot at certain hours.
