The hotel is surprisingly tranquil despite being situated in the middle of a mall. The staff is kind and the cleaners go above and beyond. The rewards floor offers great views and a quiet atmosphere. The Wifi is perfect, which is a rarity in Mexico. Good-sized and clean rooms.
