I recently stayed at a hotel in Ciudad Juarez for Easter and there were a few positive aspects of my experience. First, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near the US Consulate, which was just a short walk away. This made it easy for me to attend my appointments without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, there were several restaurants nearby, including a Mexican restaurant called Barriga's, which had delicious food. It was so convenient to have good dining options right next to the hotel.

There were also some negative aspects of my stay. For one, the check-in and check-out process was slow and frustrating.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location. The shuttle service provided by Jesus was exceptional.

Additionally, it's opposite to the Las Misiones mall, providing many shopping options. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, perfect for our family of four. The breakfast selection was great and saved us time and money. Although the lobby could use an update, the comfortable beds and friendly service more than made up for it. we would recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff here are absolutely fantastic and made us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with the US embassy, mall, and Consulate all nearby. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service, which was very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee amenities, added to our overall comfort. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The staff at every level and during every shift were friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable.

The hotel had onsite laundry facilities and lock boxes for valuables. The location was within walking distance of the US Consulate, the International Medical Clinic, and the Fingerprinting place.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was great. The location was perfect for our needs, with the embassy within walking distance and a mall across the street. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcomed. The renovated room we stayed in was great, except for the lack of a fridge and microwave. I'll recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was right across from the mall and within walking distance of the US Consulate. Near by Stores meant you could easily do some shopping. Breakfast was nice and clean.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the shower didn't drain well which only made it worse. the vending and ice machines on our floor were not working, and we had to go all the way to the bottom every time.
