Cleanliness was exceptional. Hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in downtown was perfect, close to landmarks. Transportation was convenient, with the metro station nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

The room is spacious and well-maintained, with coffee/tea facilities and a good supply of water. The staff are helpful and accommodating, making check-in at any time easy. Breakfast is varied and tasty, with different options every day. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything is in good working order, including the cleaning service that provides fresh towels and water daily.

The hotel lacks good insulation from noise, especially from the corridor.

kali centro exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon in mexico city. the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was convenient with nearby subway stations. we had a wonderful week and would definitely return.

Convenient location near Zocalo, Alameda Park, and Chinatown. Polite reception staff, comfortable beds, hot water, and daily cleaning. Good breakfast buffet. Value for money for budget travelers.

This hotel is in a fantastic location that is perfect for exploring the city. With the metro station just 300m away and easy access to three metro lines, it's incredibly easy to get around. The city center is also really close by, making it convenient to explore the sights and sounds of Mexico's historical center. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offered free breakfast and water dispensers on each floor, a nice touch for guests.

The hotel has issues with smoking inside the rooms, which is not conducive to a non-smoking environment.

Had a great Xmas stay with my partner in this hotel. The staff were really welcoming and made us feel at home. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day, with a good variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance to the main attractions and close to the metro station. The room was really comfortable with a great shower and big comfortable bed.

We did experience some negatives during our stay. We found the room to be a bit cold and there was no heating available.
