We stayed at Hotel Mi Casita for 3 nights during our visit to Taxco. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central square and with a great view of the Church of Santa Prisca. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself had a charming, traditional design. The rooms were comfortable, with balconies offering amazing views of the cathedral. The eco-friendly touches, like glass jugs of drinking water instead of plastic bottles, were a nice touch.

Secondly, the location of the hotel is absolutely amazing. Situated right in the heart of the city, I had a magnificent view of the stunning cathedral from my room. And lastly, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From offering helpful recommendations to providing excellent service, they truly made a difference.

I can honestly say that there was not a single aspect of my stay at this hotel that I found unsatisfactory. Everything exceeded my expectations and I was thoroughly impressed.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a magnificent view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were provided, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast, although simple with just one croissant, coffee, and juice, was enjoyable and refreshing. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail. The only small improvement could be made in terms of offering a wider variety of breakfast options.

Close to the Zocalo and actually very quiet at night. Great view of the city each evening. Very close to the Zocalo, which is the town square where the Sta. in Taxco, great view and location. Staff.

mi casita was even better than before - elegant, cosy, unique rooms with esthetic design, a charming library, and a suite with a private terrasse overlooking amazing Taxco. the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Some aspects of the hotel were not ideal. there was no key provided for the main gate, so you had to ring the bell every time you wanted to enter or exit.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.
